Madagascar Marathon

Often referred to as the Eighth Continent and the earth’s fourth largest island, Madagascar is the destination for this wonderful ultra 50K, marathon and half-marathon. The races are held in Isalo, in the south central highlands of the island, with most of the course routed through Isalo National Park. This is Madagascar’s most visited area where the country’s oldest dinosaur bones were discovered. The races are part of a seven-night travel package with the first two nights in the capital city Antananarivo (Tana) where there is a chance to see some of the country’s magnificent wildlife at Lemur Park. This exotic island destination is ideal for the runner looking for their next adventure!
